Readings for today
John 15: 12-17
Today was the annual Remembrance Sunday in the United Kingdom, most similar to our Memorial Day in the United States. The country comes together to remember the fallen warriors that helped keep the United Kingdom free. This is one of the most important days in the United Kingdom calendar. The sermon today revolved around the Poppy flower and how we need to remember the sacrifices of those who came before us to allow us to live the lives that we do today.
